3. Manufacturer must have testing facilities in the factory premises as per the standard
requirement.
4. BIS will conduct the Preliminary Inspection in the factory to verify the manufacturing and testing
facilities also seal the samples for the testing in BIS recognized lab.
5. BIS will issue the license/Certificate on the basis of test and Inspection report.
