Role and Responsibilities of Producers for EPR Authorization

1.  As per the Govt. guidelines, Producer will be responsible for disposal treatment, storage, and disposal facilities and pre-treatment is a must for hazardous goods.

Validity and Renewal

EPR Authorization is valid for Five years and it can be renewed subsequently.
